How to Find Us
The Court Royal Holiday Apartments is very easy to locate - situated on the south end of the parade, close to the sea front and to the town centre.

Travel along Lumley Road towards the sea front and turn right at the clock tower onto South Parade.  You will find the apartments on the right hand side.

We offer free on-site car parking at the rear of the apartments and we are only a short walk from Skegness interchange rail and coach stations.

Travelling to Lincolnshire couldn't be easier than by road or rail. By car we can be reached in a couple of hours from many UK cities and as soon as you drive into Lincolnshire you will experience the tranquillity of uncongested roads. Alternatively there are excellent rail and coach services from most parts of the UK.

By Road - Sat. Nav: PE25 3HR

From Lincoln (A158)
Go past the Football Ground to the traffic lights, go staright over to the sea front, turn right at the mini island and travel along the seafront past the funfair on your right to the clock tower, go straight on to the end of this road and the Court Royal appartments are on the right hand side.

From Boston (A52)
Enter one way system when approaching Skegness town centre, at the roundabout take the 3rd exit into Skegness town down Lumley Road towards the seafront. On arrival at the clock tower island, turn right, go straight on to the end of this road and the Court Royal appartments are on the right hand side.

Bus & Railway Station
Cross Richmond Drive and turn right. Proceed to Sandeck Avenue and turn left.
Walk to the end of Sandbeck Avenue and cross Drummond Road, continuing in the same direction for a short distance to South Parade promenade. Turn right - Court Royal is on the right after a few yards.

How much is the deposit?
If a booking is made four weeks or more before the booking is due to start it must be accompanied by a deposit of £50.00 per week. If a booking is made less than four weeks before the start of the holiday, the full payment must be paid at the time of booking.

Are teenager/groups bookings allowed?
Apartments are not available for hire by teenagers unless accompanied by responsible adults. Unless expressly agreed in advance, no group bookings (four or more adult party members) are accepted where all party members are under 25 years of age, or where all members are of the same sex, unless the group consists of members of the same family across a number of generations.

Do you accept short breaks?

Our apartments are available to book for short breaks or long weekends of a minimum of 2 nights.

Skegness  is a great place to visit all year round - with numerous attractions, events, walks and adventures to be enjoyed it's difficult to squeeze them all into one holiday.  So we've made it easy for you to visit whenever you like, by making our apartments available for short breaks.

Are bed linen and towels included in the price?
Bed Linen and towels are not included in the price – bed linen can be provided at an extra cost.

Do all properties have heating?
All apartments include electric heating and electricity is supplied via a coin operated meter. Gas central heating is available in certain units (via coin operated meter).

Are hot water and electric etc. included in the price?
Hot water is supplied inclusive; electricity is supplied via a coin operated meter. Gas central heating is available in certain units (via coin operated meter).

Can you provide a travel cot/ high chair.etc?

Yes – these are available to hire for the duration of your stay at the following rates: Cot: £12.50, High Chair: £3.50 per stay.

Is linen provided on a cot?
Yes we do.

The property accommodates 6 people - can I bring 6 & a baby in a cot?

In most cases this should not be a problem - provided the property accepts children and there is room for a cot to be put up in one of the bed rooms. However – if you are planning to do this it is advisable to check with us to ensure your apartment is suitable and that there is enough room to do so.

Can I bring my dog with me?
Yes- pets are allowed by prior arrangement – please advise size and breed when booking. Dogs must be well behaved and kept under control at all times, and must not be left unaccompanied in the property.

What time can I arrive and when must I depart by?
Arrival time is 1.30pm and you must depart by 9.30am.

How do I get the keys for the property?

Your key will be left in the door to your apartment on your arrival day.

Will I receive any arrival information or directions?
Once your balance is paid you will receive a confirmation letter or email. This will contain directions to the property as well as the postcode of the property to use for GPS devices.

What do I do if I encounter any problems on during my stay?
Contact us  on 01754 766408 and we will assist you with any problems.

What if I need to cancel my holiday?
Depending on the circumstances you may be eligible for a refund.
The deposit and all extras are not refundable. Once we have sent confirmation of your booking the balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Should you cancel your booking the balance will still be due though if we rebook the property we may be able to refund part or all of your balance.

If we receive your written cancellation 56 days or more before you holiday start date, there will be no costs other than the deposit which is a non-refundable booking fee.

If we receive your written cancellation 55 days or less before your holiday start date, you will be liable to pay us the whole cost of your holiday.

If you have not arrived by 4.00pm on the day after your holiday was due to commence or contacted us to confirm when you will arrive, we will assume that the holiday is cancelled and all the money received will be forfeited.

We have compiled the information below (which we hope will be helpful) for visitors who may have a disability.

Access Statement for Court Royal Holiday Apartments - Introduction

Our block of 12 spacious holiday apartments is situated on Skegness sea front, at the south end of South Parade promenade, in a quiet cul-de-sac (extension of South Parade). There is access both front and back. There are no steps from the road to the front entrance and one small step to the rear entrance.
There are four ground floor apartments, four first floor apartments (one flight of stairs) and four second floor apartments (two flights of stairs).

There is no lift in the property.

The main front door is sufficiently wide for good access for wheel chairs and other mobility products.

Pre-Arrival
You can find us on the web site-- www.courtroyalskegness.co.uk. Text print on the web site is enlargeable, using your browser.

Enquiries/bookings can be made via email, phone or post.
The nearest bus stop is in the town centre, approx. 800mtrs. away. The railway & coach station is approx. ½ mile away and taxis are available at this location.

Wheelchair hire is available from Seacroft Mobility. Telephone 0175462916.

The town centre is about ¼ mile to the north; access is on level terrain suitable for wheel chair access.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
Luggage can be unloaded at the front or back of the property.
There is on street parking one side of the road at the front of the property. (No parking limit).We also have parking for approx. 9 cars at the rear of the property – surface level concrete.

Main Entrance

Inside the two entrance doors are two hall ways leading to the ground floor apartments.
There are two staircases leading to the 1st. and 2nd floors
There are no steps to any ground floor accommodation.

Public Areas - Hall, Stairs, Landing, Corridors etc.

Corridors have reasonable width for access.
Steps to first floor - 16
Steps to second floor - 14
Average step height - 7 inches

Laundry

We have two external rotary clothes lines (one step) on level concrete.

Outdoor Facilities

Car parking at the rear of the property (one step onto level concrete).
Rubbish bin area (one step onto level concrete).

Grounds and Gardens

As well as the picnic area outside apartment 7 at the rear of the property, we have two more picnic tables and extra chairs at the front patio and shrubbery. Access is level from the front entrance.

Additional Information
Dogs are permitted on request, but must not be left in an apartment on their own.
